Primer stations for sandwich panels lines (PIR Foam)

The Primer Station DPR is used to mix a polyurethane and distribute it uniformly on the lower sheet of a sandwich panel, covering the entire surface.

This optimized the adhesion between the lower sheet of the panel and the PIR foam subsequently applied.
Normally the station is positioned between the preheating oven and the foaming traverse. Two high-precision dosing units measure in the right ratio the components into a static mixer, using one special mixing head.
At the end of the production process, the disposable static mixer can be easily replaced.
