Machine to mix bi-component filled resin

The machine MP TR was developed after several tests directly in the production line.We have reached by this way a high level technology and a know-how making it a landmark in the mixing and dispensing field, also with vacuum system, of bi-component filled resins. Compared to the traditional system, which foresees the batch preparation, the continuous resin dispensing has given lab results of a higher quality with the advantage to have an immediate and continuous availability of mixed product.

The MP TR mounts a recycling head so to have the product with output, ratio and viscosity perfectly stabilized allowing the constant reaction times of the resins. The standard foresees a dynamic mixing system with tolerances studied to avoid blockages due to the fillers into the products. The pressure that it is possible to have into the mixer reaches 40 bar not to have any problem in case of vacuum dispensing [1].

DOSING AND DISPENSING

The dosing and dispensing are operated by rotative pumps [2] subjected to a special hardened treatment especially effected to be able to work with filled materials. The high output that it is possible to reach in the dispensing allows to perform the work in a very short time. The plant is dimensioned to work with medium pressure, so to have also the possibility to perform works of injection of materials into the molds. The maintenance is really reduced and it is no longer needed to stop the plant for the cleaning of the mixing tanks, which will be used only to heat and degas the used materials.

CONTROL PANEL

All the plant is controlled by a PLC which grants a perfect working. The interface controlling the software is provided by a Control Panel in colour, touch-screen type [3], which also records some pouring recipes. The adjustable rounds of each pump is automatically operated by setting it on the PLC, which receives a constant input by a flow regulator gauge placed on each line [4] and acts on the controls of the ratio and of the output in real time operating on the inverter of the respective motor. The special software allows the constant control of the right mixing ratio during the pouring and of the working pressures, stopping the dispensing in case of anomaly.
